"reach"
I believe I have had an Ephipany. A fundamental element of consideration I have not applied in almost ALL the questions/answers I have been searching for.
REACH at set up. Give me a repeatable "formula" for a club by club alignment of set up reach. I have applied the "let your arms hang" principle for ALL CLUBS. That meant a 4-6 inch hand spacing at set-up, I am coming to the conclusion that I should not hang but reach on the longer clubs. Therefore 9-10 inch hand space on long club. Therefore the ball is now ~ 3 in. further out on address. I will not even bore you with the untold problems tight hands "seem" to create.
I have searched and find very little on this subject, like it is almost taken for granted. I have looked numerous clips of the better players an they "all" reach for the ball at address. Please give me some feedback.
Thanks

Bear,

Read 7-2, 1-4 and see if that fit into what you are feeling.

Thank you.
Yes, although I will be LOOKING at this for a while it feels "better" and if anything I think improves my execution of the requirements in 7-2, 1-4.

Update
UPDATE;
I have convinced myself that my NEW set up Is vastly superior.
I am convinced that I was bending the plane near #2 release and swivel to vertical. For the first time I have a true feel of #2 as velocity accumulator. Which brings me to a NEW question. The velocity of the LFFW through the impact area I feel is controled by the release rate of #2 accumulator. CF holds the LFFW vertical ( something that has become a very comfortable feel for me now) Is it a proper application to assist the uncocking of #2 by using #2 PP. This greater velocity also requires accomidation (not the right word - ANTICIPATION, Planning more appropriate) to maintain rhythm. Please give me feedback.
Thanks
