Probably so BUT . . . I think the CONSTANT is Low Point. Ball position can certainly change but LOW POINT is . . . well . . . Low Point. And for the procedure to comply with the Circle you must go down and out to Low Point . . . otherwise you traced a SPHERE. So you must go all the way down all the way out and and forward . . . if not the plane is compromised . . . probably by Steering. Steering thus achieving the dubious distinction of the 1st Snare.

And compliance with the Geometry of the Circle being inherently 2 dimensional the 1st Imperative is derived and met. Plane is the New Boss . . . same as the Old Boss Circle.
