That change was in the transcribed revisions (that some of us had access to a couple of years in advance of the publication of the 7th edition).
However, I'm with you, Daryl. I've always thought the revision was an error and never updated my 6th to reflect the change. I was disappointed when it made the 7th.
I have "Throw out" tattooed on my Left Wrist and "Drive out" Tattooed on my Right Forearm.

Close, Daryl . . . very close.
Can you move that tatoo to your Right Elbow? It is the Elbow, not the Forearm, that is the #1 Power Accumulator (and that supplies the Right Arm Drive).
Then again, you probably couldn't see the words if they were tatooed on your elbow.

Never mind!
Dear Yoda,
Thank you. Because my left wrist Tattoo would remind me of 6-B-2-0 then the Right Elbow Tattoo would remind me of 6-B-1-0. That is the logical mind and naturally, "Elbow Tattoo Location" would be an accurate correction.
Unfortunately, I substituted the Logical mind years ago for the Expedient Mind. Thus, if I had Tattoos, "I would have "Drive out" tattooed on my Right Forearm per 10-3-A to remind me to keep my Elbow at my Side so that I could Fan my Forearm. Possible my mistake is thinking that 6-B-1-0 would occur automatically if I performed the "Fanning".
10-3-A PUNCH From a “down-and-at-the-side” Elbow Position, whether the Elbow is touching the Body or not, a straight-line Right Hand Punch is delivered through Impact (6-E). Per 6-C-2-A and 7-19. Except with 10-3-C (Push), the Right Forearm must have a “Fanning” type of motion, not a “Linear” Push type of motion (10-3-C).

D . . .what about the stamp on your forehead . . . tell us about that . . . Magic of the Wrong Forehead?
I hesitate in posting this, but, we only live once.
Not saying the current 7th edition changes arent accurate. But....
My understanding is that many many people worked on the changes at different points. So - any chance some items slipped through that werent intended - or others didnt make it in?

Just curious as to what others thought.

It's just my opinion, but if I may borrow a colorful metaphor from "Buckets" Treasury (Bucket didn't say this) I would say that: Some Items Slipped Through Like A Greased Pig Running Through an Open Gate.

I agree with you guys- but the important issue here is that Daryl has not responded to Bucket's question- and I find it rude and Bucket is also very upset about this. Daryl, tell us about the Magic of the forehead?

The Magic of the Forehead is quite simple actually. Please allow me to explain. It's a (4) step process.
First. Schedule a Private Lesson with Yoda.
Second. When Yoda places his hand, GENTLY on your forehead, so that you won’t sway off the Ball when he tells you to make a backswing, but then you CONTINUE to sway off the Ball, then Yoda must apply more force.
Third. Failing to Keep Your Head Stationary following 10 or more attempts, then Yoda will begin to use Right Arm Thrust and apply the #1 Pressure Point to your forehead.
Fourth. After 10 more attempts fail, Then Yoda uses his Right Shoulder as a BACKSTOP to Brace His Right Arm Thrust through the #1 Pressure Point to your Forehead. Unfortunately, His Right Hand is no Longer on your Forehead before he begins to Thrust.
This is known as “THE MAGIC OF THE FOREHEAD”. It works!
