Have any of you read "Exercises for Elite Golf Performance," by Kelly Blackburn? I think she used to be based in Atlanta, and trained several tour players.
I have read it, Functional Training for Sports by Mike Boyle is a considerably better book in my opinion.

The reason you can't sustain the lag is because you are so eager to make the club move fast (a reaction to the intent of "hitting it far"). So on a full shot you throw it away too early, which doesn't happen for your short chip. (bts)

Yes; I think all of her products are good. She has a ton of free fitness stuff on The Golf Channel "Health & Fitness" archives. Larry Nelson has worked with her for several years and he greatly increased his fitness and flexibility and added 20 yards to his tee shot.

The Blackburn book sucks by todays standards. Boyle's book is superior. Also, anything from Al Cosgrove, Robert dos Remedios, Cressey, Skip Bunton, etc.
