The way to prevent the normal Clubhead Overtaking (of the Hands) while maintaining the Rhythm of the Stroke (Left Arm and Clubshaft In Line) is to use Vertical Hinging. In other words, controlled Steering (Clubface held Square to the Plane Line). And since, by definition, a Cut Shot is any Shot using Vertical Hinging ('regardless of Plane Line or preceding Wrist Action'), the third way to Zero the #3 Accumulator could also be said to be: 'Play a Cut Shot' (2-C-2).
Here are comments that might help clear some fog surrounding the answers of some of the other contenders:

Sorry, Annikan, 10-2-E would permit both Horizontal and Angled Hinging, and each of these would produce the #3 Accumulator action and travel.

Same for you, Tongzilla, the Paw Stroke executed as a Cross Line procedure produces automatic Angled Hinging and its associated #3 Accumulator travel.

Very close, rwh. But the Strong Double Action Grip can produce any Hinge Action, although it is used most often with Angled Hinging. Here, the Left Wrist remains Turned On Plane through Impact and is executed with the Feel of No Roll. However, this 'No Roll' Feel produces an automatic Angled Hinge Action and a 'Half Roll' of the Clubface. To produce the Vertical Hinge Action required for the Zero #3 Accumulator, the player must execute a Cut Shot. In turn, this mandates a 'Reverse Roll' Feel and a Square Clubface, i.e., 'No Roll.'

The Pick Minor Basic Stroke does not exclude #3 Accumulator travel. It specifies only Bent Arms and Forearms On Plane. Used in combination with the Push Basic Stroke, it produces automatic Angled Hinging and #3 Accumulator travel (unless, in the most unusual case, the Right Forearm is positioned parallel to the Plane Line).

Right you are, phimaynard. But Thom arrived first on the scene, so the Accumulator Chalice goes to him. I emailed him his due victory congrats just after he posted, but I refrained from a public announcement at that time in order to encourage further participation. You, sir, are hereby awarded a Special Commendation because you had the courage to reiterate his position.
This was fun, everybody, and I think we all learned something -- I know I did. Thanks to all who participated!
Now...how do you slow down the roll of #3Accumulator without changing hinge action? per say..slow down the roll of Horizontal Hinging without changin to Angled Hinge Action?
Horizontal Hinge Action -- It Either Is Or It Isn't

You cannot 'slow down' the Roll of Horizontal Hinge Action. The Left Wrist either remains vertical (to the horizontal plane) through Impact or it does not. If it does not, you have altered its Rhythm, and you no longer have Horizontal Hinge Action.

Just slow down everything while having your Left Wrist vertical to the Horizontal Plane...obviously?!

I believe Annikan is talking about 'delaying' the Roll (during the Hinge Action itself). If so, then this is a Rhythm (6-B-3-0) issue, not Pace (6-P-0), and I responded on that basis.
