Grip it exactly like the strong single action grip photo of Dianne in the book. Pay particular attention to the left hand and thumb. The back of the left hand faces the target with the thumb on the aft side of the shaft. It may seem/feel strange at first but I have found it the key to enabling the Golfers Flail (flat left wrist).
