View Single Post #2 01-19-2005, 06:42 PM Matt Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Rochester, MN Posts: 376 Personally, I use 3 wedges. - 53* gap - 56* sand - 60* lob About 70% of the time, it's just playing around with the sand wedge to get the trajectory and spin I want for a shot. Lob wedge for shots that need to carry a bunker or rough and stop quickly. Gap wedge for shots from the fairway from about 30-40 yards where there's nothing in front of the green and the pin is back.
