words trap us.
It is clear to me but confusion abounds because of words. The distinction between "release" and "released" so I mentally re-lable "release" as trigger or start and "released" as in ALL-GONE. To me, and this is only me unless confirmed, Sequenced release REQUIRED for swinging is necessary because the left wrist lays ON the plane at #2 release and the action of #3 at this point would be perpendicular to the plane as I proceed down plane I MUST allow the left wrist to start towards vertical. NOW I require the start of #3. I think this is the rhythm required. #2 starts release quickly and its release progress slows to follow through and #3 starts slowly, when required after #2 and accelerates to follow thru. A coordinated action with RHYTHM.
