It should be impossible to regrip during the swing. You may grip it way too lightly. Consider your hands as "clamps" - clamps do not have wobble. The common advice to grip it very lightly (hold a bird!) is very wrong and misleading. On a scale from 0 (club falling of your hands) to 10 you should be at last at 6 - no wobble - no regrip possible. But a firm grip doesn't mean locked wrists: This is the key - a firm grip with supple wrists - no wobble but still a lot of mobility.
