We're getting into the nitty gritty
Thanks Lynn for your kind encouragement. Rich has sent me some pictures, no we will not share them with everyone, and I will give an over view of my assessment. Rich is supplying me with some more information I need to begin to explore the solution to his body's cry for attention. Hope there will be insight for many. First in that the process is individual to every BODY. Also, even though there is a natural solution to reversing the problems it does take time and a committment to the changes that will be incurred as the improvements begin to manifest.

A reminder: The body is an adaptive organism and is never stagnant. It is adapting according to the information is is given. If the body is out of balance it will adapt accordingly and often with a less than desirable, longterm outcome. If, however, we begin to supply new information in the form of exercises that request for better equilibrium in terms of alignment, strength, and tension then the adaptation will follow that course of action. But consistency is the magic piece to keep the body progressing toward optimal health.

Isn't it great to know we have that much control? Isn't it worth the effort if it's really true? After all, how much better than par do we all strive to be?
