Angled Hinging
Useing Angled hinging while swinging will cause the clubface to be super closed at the top and start down, and a swing with not manual over ride will create an automatic horizontal hinge in the downswing, causing the clubface to turn even more shut unless you over ride the natural horizontal hinging by trying to vertical hing or trying to create an angled hinge. You are Switting, and Steering. If you want to swing you need to use a horizontal hinge.

Another Part of your problem which most golfers share, myself included would be that you are probably thrusting your hips towards the ball which drops the club way behind you and you have no room to swing thorugh so are forced to flip.

Try to use a horizontal hinge, especially in teh backswing, and implement a startup Swivel.
If you want to use ANgled Hinging Try Hitting.
Also going back to driving the right shoulder downplane and cranking the gyroscope and just letting horizontal hinging take over and watch them fly straight downrange
