Lesson Preparation
I’ve been preparing for my lesson and I think I’ve got it figured out. Additionally, I’ve been reviewing the lesson videos available in the Gallery to adjust my expectations.

Yoda. What’s it going to be like?
  1. Will we interact as in the Collin Neeman Lessons or more like Vickie Lake?
  2. Do you have a specific Lesson-Plan?
  3. Should I review an outline of the Lesson-Plan to better prepare?
  4. I noticed that there are no tables and chairs in any of the videos. Are we allowed to sit down?
  5. Should I buy a New Glove?
  6. I suppose that “The Swamp” is the venue. Are there many people practicing on Saturdays? Does the Range have yardage markers? Do I need bug spray?

With apologies to the late Senator Lloyd Bentsen
: I know Vickie Lake. Vickie Lake is a friend of mine. And Daryl, you're no Vickie Lake. Besides . . . the 'red boots' look is not you!

Do you have a specific Lesson-Plan?

Me? Plan ahead? Fuggeddaboud it! Seriously, we'll go through the Basic Motion curriculum and focus on the areas that offer the potential for the greatest improvement. We'll begin with the 'first wobbly point' and go from there.

Should I review an outline of the Lesson-Plan to better prepare?

Sure. Head to 12-5-0/1/2/3 and bone-up. [Bucket, do not go there!]

I noticed that there are no tables and chairs in any of the videos. Are we allowed to sit down?

Only in the bathroom.

Should I buy a New Glove?

Yes. With all due respect, it's time to retire 'Old Glory'.

I suppose that “The Swamp” is the venue. Are there many people practicing on Saturdays? Does the Range have yardage markers?

Si. Mi Swamp is su Swamp! Muchos peopleos. But we'll have a private area. Re yardage markers: We have striped poles and a Big Dawg sign out about 320. That ought to do it!

Do I need bug spray?

And I thought we were friends.

Yoda, What Brand of Headache pain reliever do you prefer?

Also, I think I'm going to pack a Chair.

I'm surprised that you don't have a teaching station with a Table-Chairs-Umbrella. It would be so much more comfortable. It's Golf, not Rugby.

As you know, I have many designers and engineers in my employ. I'm sure we can get them to whip up a Teaching Station for you. We can make it out of Teak. Certainly we can beat the old "Golf Cart loaded with toys" thing by 'you know who'. Though having everything set up on a golf cart would increase portability. Hmm?

Seriously: I could get a Golf Cart, redesign the thing and have it made of fiberglass and stuff (I know good people). A Golf Cart would make a good Umbrella stand for windy days. Even built-in video. Hell, we can include heat so that it's comfortable in winter months too.

I'll start with a "Stretched Golf Cart". In the end I'll have it painted 'Hunter Green' - Yoda Color. Cocktail Cooler?

Ok, so maybe you don't like the Cart idea?

But admit it, it would be funny in a corny kind of way.

But there's nothing funny about the "Cocktail Cooler". That's a good idea.

Also, about that "Big Dawg" sign on the 320 yard pole. Maybe you can have them move the pole up a little? Say 40 yards? I think 280 yards is more than adequate. I don't think I'll jeopardize the 'Poley Record'.

Do they have a Sand Trap and Putting Green? I expect to be finished with Basic Motion by 2:00pm, maybe we could spend some time in the Trap?

Daryl,
I know you are excited-but you are posting to yourself.
Just turn up with your clubs, and calm down

Now this has possibilities!
