Alibris.com, from time to time, has 4th and 5th editions. The search for earlier editions (1st - 3rd) has proven elusive, for me. A tip from Drewitgolf, contact the seller to make sure that the edition listed is actually the one they are selling. He says that sometimes a seller will use the same description, for a copy from a different edition. His experience is that the seller is not trying to mislead the buyer, but it is expedient to use a previous ad.
