I'm trying to get to more of a pure swinging motion and have felt that I have never really executed the sequenced release motion properly. I tend to have lots of lag and a late trigger so my miss tends to be a push to the right. I think it's because I get more of a simultaneous release motion (or perhaps too much overlap in the uncock/roll move). So..... is there an effective way to work on the SEQUENCED release that the swinger should be using? Is it a matter of exaggerating the "uncocking" really early in the downswing in order to feel the "roll" portion more clearly? CG Last edited by cometgolfer : 01-13-2008 at 11:51 PM.
