It seems like when I drive my right shoulder down plane, even when Im tracing the the incline plane, I either come OTT or cast. Where as this move seems to keep my right shoulder from crossing the plane on the D/S. Thanks guys.... Roundhousing - a right hip collision. When you are dropping your arms, you are able to clear your right hip and get the right shoulder down plane better, before the right hip gets in your way.
