Yoda,

Awesome article! However, the following quote kinda confused me....

"Meanwhile, the left wrist remains perpendicular to the ground. It appears to roll through impact, but it is not independently twisted. I'm having trouble understanding how the FLW stays perpendicular just prior to and through impact. I thought perpendicular ment at 90* angles?
