No idea if it will help your condition, however, its a great exercise in general. Most of us do not exercise out back side...which is the clue that holds us together.

I called and emailed corevaluation regarding the weight you will lift with this exercise, its calibrated to low, medium, and heavy weight. They do not know if the lifts weigh 10lbs, or 150lbs, no clue.

Kinda crazy to buy a $500 piece of equipment and not know how much weight you are lifting.
