Hi you guys,

Have gone from sweep release to snap release over the past month. What a thrill this is for me. As a teacher I see it as so important to be able to do it physically, rather than just know about it intellectually.

I've been taught that this type of move would be hard on the body (back especially) but now know that is not true. I built up the understanding by working with the basic motion but with more of a pulling action. This was a very subtle process and very non-auto. Then I moved to acquired motion and really felt the cf taking over. Funny...I thought I would leave the clubface open.

Anyway, thanks to all you guys for helping me on my path....to being more complete!
