Are you talking about COUNTERFALL as in Mr. David Lee's definition of counterfall( a slight backwards fall into the left heel that allows the body to rotate without trying... on the downswing) or are you speaking of something else? He believes there must be a COUNTERFALL to offset the OUTWARD PULL and WEIGHT of the arms.
