For some, Yes. For me, a short club is much easier to push through the ball with a active right arm than a longer shafted wood. Not that it can't be done. Ted smacks the heck out of the ball with all clubs. Most "natural" gifted golfers roll the toe over without thinking twice about it. Those who don't need to control the clubface with a Hit Stroke. The Hit Stroke is 'PURE" machine- active piston right arm mashing through the LOC.
