Yes it is a very unpredictable process, rehab. Once you have reached a point of pain that interrupts your activity you have created some significant abrasions that will take some time to heal. Most golf coaches would suggest that you stop all together for three months while you heal the injury and then only add the swing back slowly; as much as starting the first week with the short game, chipping and such and stay away from woods until there is no pain. At this point your cells have healed the abrasion and you have adapted some tensions to avoid re-igniting the precurser to the pain. Next stage work coming up in light of your progress. I'll get on that later in the week. In the mean time keep refining your work and bringing more and more precision to the exercises as you are understanding them. As your body changes so is the manner in which your joints will articulate with working muscles. Great News for all to share.
