Do these names "attack" and "approach" coincide with airplane flight terminology If so, when landing a planes "angle of attack" measures steepness while "angle of approach" measures runway alignment; right These Lines are, in fact, one and the same. One -- the Angle of Attack -- appears to the Golfer (from his 'above the Plane' view) to be inscribed upon the face of the Inclined Plane.
