I just wonder if this is still swinging becasue of the intentially hit down motion by the left wrist? What you describe is still in the 'swing' camp, but you want to be careful not to interupt CF by 'doing' much with the left side. The left arm is moved by PP#4, not by the arm/shoulder muscles. That said, the feel of the swinger's sequenced release (uncock, then roll) can certainly 'feel' agressive, but remember Homer's words on swinging... A swingers skill is in harnessing CF Sounds like you are really feeling the loading and unloading of the left wrist, which is a good thing, but don't confuse that feel with real. CF is your friend, don't fight it. __________________ "Support the On Plane Swinging Force in Balance" "we have no friends, we have no enemies, we have only teachers" Simplicity buffs, see 5-0, 1-L, 2-0 A and B 10-2-B, 4-D, 6B-1D, 6-B-3-0-1, 6-C-1, 6-E-2 EdZ View Public Profile Send a private message to EdZ Find all posts by EdZ
