In your swing sequence in basic forum you say it's 10-2-B.

In 12-1-0 HK recomends using 10-2-F and not to change it until one becomes expert at it.

It seems to me you have your left hand matching the position in 10-2-B and your right hand matching 10-2-F. A 10-2-B/F if you will. (I think HK may have missed one).

Anyway for me 10-2-F seems too severe, and (10-2-B/F) feels good.
