I guess that the right wrist bend cannot be totally frozen. It must bend more (somewhat) if the left wrist is to cock, correct? I'm guessing that it is ok to let the right wrist bend a little, so long as it doesn't cock (which would bend the left wrist).

This was a big thing for me at the Waverly class.Yodasluke taught me i had to freeze that right wrist to stop arching my left wrist.V.J.also stressed the importance of extensor action in preventing overbending /cocking of the right wrist .It definately feels different to me and REQUIRES PRACTICE!
