I am convinced you will put together a great & highly informative site. I think I echo the sentiments of allot of people when I say a picture(s) or videos would lift allot of fog.

A quick follow up question. Do I need to position the thumb to make a full thumb print on the aft side or simply have the inside of the thumb pressing on the aft side shaft?

Terry - when I use the thumb on the side with hitting, I get a very noticable blister on my 'thumb print', although it is not quite 'centered' on the thumb.

Lynn - with swinging, I end up with the left side of my middle finger, lead hand, getting a workout - the side of the finger, just near the tip. Any insight you can share re: this would be appreciated greatly. Is this why\where many tour players use tape?
