I posted an entire motion - after what, 6 or 7 pages of reading that Appleby was a 'textbook' hitter. And here - I must disagree. I do not, and would not advocate, surmising that a player is a hitter or swinger based upon one photo. Thats my stance and I am sticking by it. I realize I am the only one to stand up on this - and thats ok..... Could I prove it in a court of law?
