I tried hitting it in the house and it was driving my wife crazy - it sounded like a shotgun going off. So I took it outside and started driving the neighbors crazy! I created another bag with pillow cases filled with towels, rags, etc and it works very well. My wife, The Boss, is retaining her sanity.
