I always was kinda goofed up on Hinging until I read that it was through the Impact Interval only. I guess I kinda figured out the second part (what Matt just explained) by myself, over time. Good post Matt. .... BTW Annikan....ur right- Startup Swivel (independent rotation of just the left forearm....) isn't Hinging. But if you're gonna Hor Hinge through Impact you should have it in the backstroke- unless you want to hit big draws/hooks.
