shoulder injury
Hi again, this may have been touched on in the past, but Im going to ask anyhow.
some mths ago,I had to stop golfing for a while due to pain in my back, that in itself is normal, but I guess my question is mainly for those who embrace the HITTERS pattern, the pain is quite severe and I fear will put me out of action again very soon.

The pain that Im suffering is located in the "LATISSIMUS DORSI",this muscle assists the arm in pulling back motion ,does anyone else have this problem,if so, please tell me how you overcame the injury if in fact you did.The last time it happened,I returned to swinging.....cheers bm

This is highly effective use a small hard rubber superball against the wall or even better invest in one of these

Amazing results if you stick with it and lossen the fascia/trigger points.
