Question re V/hinging
I am obviously missing something here regarding V/hinging, 10-10 B states left hand is palm-up before low point especially at I/fix and palm down after low point.
Can someone please explain how this can be,I,m not disputing , just confused. Thanks in advance

10-10-B shows vertical (only) hinge action. So you need to imagine a pure pendulum motion (like a grandfather clock), with the clubshaft vertical (perpendicular) to the ground. You'll see that this is a difficult position to get into during a real stroke.

Stand in a golf posture, with your left arm (and fingers) hanging straight down toward the ground. Now imagine a clubshaft in-line with your arm and also hanging straight down. As you swing that back and through, watch what your palm is doing -- it's facing "up" as you swing back, and "down" after low point (outside your left shoulder).

Vertical (only) hinge action is relegated to shorter shots. As you use longer clubs and take longer strokes, you start to swing on an inclined plane instead of a vertical plane. This is where dual vertical hinging (10-10-E) comes into play. That's a subject for another post.

Does that make it any clearer?

Vertical Finish
The toughy with vertical hinging is the finish. Humans are not built to bring vertical hinging to a full swing finish and as a result, it is relegated to partial swings.

Tiger is the only guy I've seen that can take a vertical hinge action and go hard at it through impact. Even so, the finish is very abrupt. I watched him practice bunker shots using a vertical hinging at the Augusta National short game practice area.

He took a full backstroke with a quick left wristcock at startup. Then he would attack the sand with a hard downstroke with an abrupt acquired motion finish. The ball would come out of the sand high, soft and with a ton of spin. On the Augusta practice green the ball would stop on a slight downhill with a single bounce, and slowly inch its way another two feet to the stick. Overall carry was about 10 feet. Overall shot was about 15-17 feet.

accs in lob
AAARGH,I got it ,accs 4+2 with a use of rollback lob is now easy.
Also, zero out other accs and just use acc #4 makes ease in small chips around greens.TGM is fun when you know what accs and p/points to utilize
