It seems simple enough just take half swings using the RFT and then make the kinetic chain explode at the ball right? I would really like to add some more MPH of club head speed and have no issues putting in plenty of work. I just don't want to over do it. Is 7 days a week doing 5 sets of 8-10 out of the questions?
