I watched some action of Mac and Seve and I have always been confused with something.
They both have great right arm extension from the top and when they return the club to parallel on the DS (p3) shoulders are almost square to the target line. With the left arm that far off the chest (PP4) to get the club that low, how to do they get the club to move that fast through the ball?
I would assume that the hips/legs are going to be in overdrive trying to reconnect the chest to the left arm (PP4) and that keeps the hands moving..
Kinetic chain describes the transfer of energy from hips to torso, torso to arms, arms to hands. If the hips are early to go, Mac and Seve must delay this action immensely to start the kinetic chain at p3.
