The #3 Pressure Point Bungee Jump

"Smashing " down to the low point below ground doesn't come naturally to me. I wonder if I should be doing the 12-5-1 and 12-5-2 exercises standing on top of a milk crate .

Thx

Eliminate the milk crate but definitely do the 12-5 Motions daily to build andmaintain a geometrically sound Golf Stroke. The reason you're having troublegoing all the way Down Plane is because you are Bending your Left Wrist andFlattening your Right Wrist through Impact. This is Steering (3-F-7-A)abetted by Quitting (3-F-7-B). Both of which are probably due to themistaken conception -- conscious or subconscious -- that you should be swinging'toward the Target' instead of On Plane -- Down and Out -- through Impact Pointand Low Point.

From the Top, Drive that #3 Pressure Point in a Straight Line toward theBall (or the alternate Aiming Point, if applicable). Don't be afraid to dothis. Hit the Ball with your #3 Pressure Point! And, for Hitters, makethat Hit with your Active Right Elbow. Per 1-L #9, the Club will stillmove in a Circle! Think of this Straight Line Motion as a Bungee Jumpwith your #3 Pressure Point. Don't 'bail out' at the Ball -- just keepdriving it Down and allow the science of 1-L to 'save you!'

Sure, its scary. But what a ride! And what a rush! Not to mention...

What a shot!
