I'd like to hear some of your ideas for Pivot Drills. Tom Tomasello had his Stick Drill, but some think it may have promoted an off plane move of the right shoulder. I'm not sure about this, because when done dynamically, it may have produced a good result for some people. David Ledbetter has an arms crossed drill. You get the idea.
Anyway... what about some other drills for Zone #1?
