Do any of you use, have used, or know anyone that employs either of these procedures? There was some brief discussion of 10-6-D on another forum. I haven't heard much about 10-24-F at all.
Mr. Kelley says that 10-6-D... "is undoubtedly the most widely used Basic Plane Angle." pg.155 6th Edition
