Glad to hear that the Elkington Short Game Video is worthwhile.

Candidly and in my very humble opinion, the other video being sold on Elk's "Secret in the Dirt" website, "The Most Powerful Move in Golf" is a complete waste of money. I know I wish I could get my money back.

Martin Ayers' idea to wind the right forearm ("turbo-charging the arm") in the backswing results in anything but a FLW. This video (to my newbie understanding) doesn't adhere to any TGM concept.

Buyer beware.

If it's my lack of understanding, please feel free to correct me.

p.s. On the other hand, I'm a fan of Mike Maves and his analysis/interpretations of Ben Hogan's swing. It was what drew me to the SITD site...

I love Elks insights into the game. He's still a real seeker so to speak even though he's ,well Steve Elkington for crying out loud. Love his swing, his stories, his pals, whats not to like?

The line of compression as represented is not as Homer defined it. Just saying since we're talking tgm around here.

Still a great watch. Talk about a masters level of execution.....thats it. Beautiful. Beautiful .

And agreed for precision alignments , you need to define the alignment .......the manner in which you comply to one of the three basic planes to precisely execute a hinge action for instance. Like Lynn did in Alignment Golf. Without precision alignments you're left to interpret feels.

ah crap i like Elk and feel like a jerk now. Buy the video its good.
