I've generally followed the suggestions of Trainchain on gea and do 6-10 reps, followed by a break, repeated 5 to 6 times every other day. I had my swing measured about a year ago and did not measure it again prior to starting with the speed chain, but I do feel that it has already helped a little and will help more as time goes on. My ss at the year ago time was hovering aroung 112. I do plan on getting retested in a couple of months to sse the status at that time and will report then. I like the logic of the device and do find that it works fine with my new TGM setup and hit motion. Let me know if you have any other questions.
