Did you check out the free video demo? It looks interesting but no way in hell can I do that in my apartment. I think I'll stick with my impact bag and RFP drills.

I did, at first I thought it was a al-Dhiloeia tape. LOL

Looks simply to make. Another run to Home Depot - they should open a golf section of the store- "Yoda's Alley." :P
