"In my experience, if you stay with the essentials you WILL build a repeatable swing undoubtedly. If you can master the Imperatives you have a champion" (Vikram).

First time I've seen this quote. Anybody agree/disagree? To what extent do you agree/disagree?

Okay, I need a little more help. My question is if I take my grip at impact fix with an 8 iron, assuming a square-square stance/plane line and the ball in the middle of my stance, is it okay if the clubface appears closed relative to my forearm and wrist throughout the stroke? I hit the ball extremely well when I do this, and I want to know if this is okay. Thanks!

I think you, unless you have a narrow stance, need to move the ball forward in your stance.
