If one starts from a Classic Address Position, with the left wrist bent, and the right wrist flat... when, ideally, should the right wrist become bent, and the left wrist flat? I suppose that Classic Address is best used with Swinging procedures.
Also, from what I have read... it seems that STARTING from a FIX position of the wrists is more desirable, even for SWINGING. HITTERS, obviously, would be better starting from FIX.
Hitting or Swinging, the Bent Left Wrist in Adjusted Address becomes Flat in Start Up via Extensor Action (6-B-1-D).
Both Hitters and Swingers may start from the Impact Fix Wrist Conditions (Flat Left and Bent Right). However, these Alignments favor the Hitter's Muscular 'Carry Back' Motion and Drive Loading with its ultimate Radial Clubshaft Push through Impact. Radial Clubshaft Push is always Right Arm Thrust.
The Classic Adjusted Address Alignments (Bent Left and Flat Right) favor the Swinger's Centrifugal 'Swing Back' Motion and Drag Loading with its ultimate Longitudinal Clubshaft Pull through Impact. Longitudinal Clubshaft Pull is usually Left Arm Swing. However, when the Right Elbow replaces the Left Shoulder as the Stroke Center, it may also be Right Arm Swing (7-19).
