Ball flight higher?

I have moved my left arm position from the side of my breast to the top of my breast-plate at address and it has my a remarkable difference to my ball flight and path, from a normally lowish height it is now a considerably higher and less draw, distance seems better as the ball isnt turning over and coming to ground as early, seems to be better over all.
Should I ,in fact be doing this,I mean is there a right or wrong place that the Left arm be at set up,1 on the side of chest or 2 on top of breast plate........thanks in advance BM:salut:

I doubt that the Location Change is directly responsible for the results. Perhaps it's causing less clubshaft lean at Impact and thus producing a more normalish trajectory.

thanks

Yes Daryl,I do believe you are correct, the left arm position since then doesnt seem to be right for me at this stage,I have had a midweek win since then but on examination of the round, the main reason was in fact that my irons were in fact 10-15 yds shorter than normal using that arm position,in reality ,I was in better position to chip UP to pin positions thereby making my putting a bit easier..............Not giving it up just yet,but will certainly look deeper.........Thanks again for your input:salut:
