Release swivel?
 

I don't think I have ever used a release swivel in my swing so after a good impact position (flat left wrist) you would quickly start to see the left wrist bend....a lot in my swing.

Last night talking to my TGM instructor after he watched some new videos and suggested I might try to incorporate some release swivel. I am a pretty quick learner and implemented it today and no more bent left wrist after impact.

I will say it felt though like a lot of HH hinge action but the video was not color so I can't be sure.

Question: Can you use a angled hinge, or even a vertical hinge and use a release swivel?

Sure -- but it may not feel natural when swinging. The hinge and swivel are separate actions.

Are you sure you mean "Release" swivel? Sounds like you may be talking about the Finish Swivel.

When you incorporate the Finish Swivel into your Alignments. Sorry Air, Amen, Bernt it is the Finish Swivel not the German, Dutch, Italian, or Svedish Swivel. Say that 5 times real fast! Somewhere in at least one other video or text, Lynn uses that line about going to the next level.

When I catch my wind from my 15 or so posts yesterday, that would be a good construct for a thread. "Moving to the next level at LBG."
