I have rediscovered my GolfGym. This is a loop of exercise stretch band with a practice grip on the loop. HISTORY- I bought mine maybe 45 years ago on sale in some sporting goods store for $2-$3 and experimented with it several times but never found a use. NOW- I hook the loop over a solid attachpoint which is located beyond the top. I can then do slow -very slow- swings or hits all the way to both arms straight and FEEL every pressure as it changes on the way down and through and I can feel the plane and see the flat plane and trace. This thing is magic- like a wet mop all the way to both arms straight.
