Please Help Question about TGM Doyle Mat
 

Hi Guys
I got the Illusion Mat and I have a Question if someone can please help.
On the right hand side of the mat there is a marking with Hands location and Right elbow location.
I have added a picture of the area.
Is this where my hand should pass over or point at and does this mean my right Elbow sould point at this position.
This part of the mat is confussing as it feels like I have to conpletely change my positions to even get close to them.
Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Here are 4 Pictures of the mat.
The Illusion Mat is like a whole Book on a peice of Vinyl. I was really amazed how much was on there.
