Premium Video
 

First of all, good looking web and I really enjoy it. But one question, for those who brought the premium video b4, can we see that again in this new web design?

No Sound
 

I just purchased the Brian Gay Video. Plays fine, but no sound. Using Windows Media Player. Other items played here have no sound issues.

While sometimes "Silence is Golden, this is not one of them - would like to hear Brian and Lynn.

Bruce, are you getting the full video or does it cut off?

I've given you access to the Brian Gay premium video from our old site; please follow the link I posted for KOC and let me know if you have the same problem(s) with that video.

Still No Sound
 

Picture is much sharper on this download, but still no sound - running Window Vista (Home Premium)

I can queue up another video and have sound but not on the BG video

Interesting that the picture quality is different; it's the exact same file. We'll figure out the sound issue via PM or email then post the resolution here in case others are experiencing the same thing.

If anybody else has this issue, the problem appears to be something with his windows media player configuration and not the video. Bruce was able to play the videos using this free media player:
