"Throwing" Drills

Watching Lynn and Jeff Hull demonstrate acquired motion incorporating a "throwing" motion made me curious to see if anybody knew of a "throwing" drill. This could be either with a ball, dowel, or club even. Where should a ball for instance thrown at the plane line land?

Given the correct Ball Location, the Aiming Point (of the Thrust) is the Ball.

In other words, 'throw a ball' -- #3 Lag Pressure Point (Right Forefinger) Pressure (" . . . the 'stone' you're going to throw" / Homer Kelley) -- at the Ball.

Throwing Drills

I have learned much from studying Yoda’s presentations of Mr. Kelley’s work. I have spent very little time with Lynn but the time we met at the PGA Demo Day this year I had the opportunity to share with him my new training device called the Pure Ball Striker. This device senses clubhead lag pressure against the #3 pressure point. It allows the player to direct their clubhead lag pressure through the use of the aiming point concept. This device can be used on the shortest putt to the longest drive.
