Ola Ted,

Congratulations. :salut: Exactly "how much money was at stake" in the trial? :laughing9

Also, can you continue the article regarding a "Post Shot - Frame of Mind".
  1. Can one prepare for the next shot by framing our post shot thinking?
  2. Could it be some kind of "review" - structured - to keep us on track?
  3. What should one be thinking about after a shot? Is it different if the shot goes off as planned? Or not?

Forte

If they only knew what information lies below the surface of the Fort-like iceberg!

A great example of what people know to do, but seldom do...JUST BREATHE! I once observed a player in an am tournament hyperventilate...scary!
