Re Book
Ive had my book 3 days, the dots are joining rapidly, hitting the ball with a real"CLICK".
I have come to the realisation that following the book to the letter and simply beleive and trust in it, and I wont go far wrong ,Sooo many lights are starting to get turned on.Wished I had heard of this a long time ago. While I,m here ,are there any tips on extensor drills. Thanks in advance..B |

Extensor Action Drills -- Basic
Quote:
Practice without a club, and pose for a few seconds in each of the eleven Sections of the Stroke from Fix to Finish (exclude Preliminary Address). Use the Right Hand to grip: 1. The Left Thumb; or 2. The Left Thumb and forefinger; or 3. The Left Wrist. At all points in the Stroke . . . Use the Extensor Action of your Right Triceps to apply Pressure at the #1 Pressure Point, i.e., the heel of the Right Hand against the Left Hand thumb (in #1 and #2 above), and s-t-r-e-t-c-h that Left Arm! In #3, grip the Left Wrist with the encircling right thumb and forefinger and again, s-t-r-e-t-c-h the Left Arm. These words will help. Premium Video would be even better. :) |
