which is longer

I have been using the hitting method for the last couple of months,I have been hitting it dead straight (most of the time) and have a really good ball flight,a major reason I have decided to use this method over swingers method is for my chronic back complaint, this hitters style allows me to crunch that ball as hard as I like and it does,nt hurt me as much as swinging.

Just as a matter of interest, which is the longest hit, swingers or hitters. Is there a rule of thumb, one type against the other.

Thanks again

No Rule of Thumb

Which hits the ball further? Whichever Stroke works best for the individual.

If Strong - Hit - If quick - Swing

PREFACE:
Physics of Hitting is Muscular Thrust and of Swinging, Centrifugal Force. Herein, "Motion" is Geometry - "Action" is Physics. Hitting and Swinging seem equally eficient. The difference is in the players. If strong - Hit - If quick - Swing. If both - do either. Or both.
